It’s my fourth day on the diet. Am changing a little bit, but keep hanging in, no violations. I don’t know about kg’s, but my jeans fit freely. Previously I lost 4.5kg with this diet. The main thing is you have to shrink your stomach and then you will eat less. It is also a good rest from sweets))

Hello everybody. I want to share with you my weight loss story. My height is 1.61 metres. 9 months ago my weight was 93 kg. I used this diet and now my weight is 66kg and the weight keeps going away. During my weight loss period I did not deny myself anything, about 1.5 months and I ate everything.

Dear girls, here is my advice for you. I noticed that if you are on a diet, it doesn’t matter – any diet, after it is finished your previous weight comes back, or you gain more. Just exclude from your diet; bread, cakes, pastries, desserts, eat half of your usual portion and don’t eat after 6PM.

Third day on the diet and I have lost 1 kg already. My proportions are normal (173 cm and 62-63 kg) so probably that is why I am not losing weight fast! I very much want some junk food but I think I will hold on until the end, there is only 10 days left. Also I think I will start some exercises. I’m not saying I will go to a fitness club, I will just do it at home alone with dumbbells!!!
